Returns & Exchanges

At DEADBEAR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
